FAQs and Troubleshooting Tips:
Why hasn’t my payout arrived?
Card payments settle in 2 business days. Check if the transaction occurred after the cut-off time (11pm AEDT) or on a weekend/public holiday. If a transaction takes place on a Friday night, you'll only receive the payment by Wednesday latest. More detail: Settlements and payouts and Why hasn't my payout arrived?.
Why doesn't my Daily Total match my received Payout amount?
Pebl pays out your total sales minus our fees. E.g if you've done $100 in card transactions, then you'll receive $100.00 - $1.80 = $98.20.
Can I pass the fee on to my customers?
Card surcharging ended on 1 October 2026 and has been removed from Pebl. Charities and not-for-profits can switch on Supporter Cover, so donors can choose to cover the 1.8% fee. Other businesses don't have this option.
Where can I see my payouts?
In the Pebl Pay app, go to Transactions > Payouts. In the Dashboard at web.peblpay.com.au, go to Reports > Payouts.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Pebl charges a 1.8% fee per card payment, taken from your payout. There are no sign-up, monthly, admin or hardware fees.
