Pebl Pay lets you and your team take payments in person — using just your phone. No card reader, no extra hardware. This guide covers everything you do in the app; anything you set up (products, team, reusable QR codes and links, settings) happens in the Dashboard, and we'll point you there when you need it.
The two parts of Pebl
1. The Pebl Pay app — what you use to sell and get paid on the go. In the app you can:
take payments by Tap to Pay, QR code, cash, or payment link
enter a custom amount or pick a product from your catalogue
send receipts, process refunds, and see your transactions
turn surcharging on or off, and check your next payout estimate

Getting up and running
Sign up and verify your business so you can be approved to take payments.
(Optional) Set up your products and team in the Dashboard.
Take your first payment.
Taking a payment — the basics
Tap New payment. Most businesses enter a custom amount: type it on the Amount tab and tap Confirm amount. If you sell set products, switch to the Products tab, add items, tap Checkout, then Create payment. The app remembers whichever tab you used last and opens there next time.
Then choose how the customer wants to pay: Tap to Pay, QR code, cash, or payment link.
