Why hasn't my payout arrived? Late, held or missing payouts

When payouts normally arrive, what can pause one, and what to do.

When payouts normally arrive

Card payments settle to your bank account in 2 business days. A few things push that out:

  • Payments taken after the 11pm AEDT cut-off count towards the next day.

  • Weekends and public holidays aren't business days, so they add time.

For example, a payment taken late on Friday night will arrive by Wednesday at the latest.

Where to see your payouts

  • Pebl Pay app: Transactions > Payouts.

  • Pebl Dashboard: Reports > Payouts.

Why a payout can pause

  • ID or name mismatch. The name on your account doesn't match the ID you verified with, for example a missing middle name.

  • Account review. We may need to check some details or ask for more information before releasing funds.

  • A location that hasn't been used for a while. Payouts for a location that's been inactive can be paused for a quick check.

  • Closed bank account. If the account is closed or the details are wrong, the payout can't be paid in.

The payments you've taken are safe while a payout is paused. They're paid out once the issue is sorted.

What to do

If your payout is later than expected, chat to us with your location and the dates of the payments. We'll check it and tell you exactly what's needed.
