Supporter Cover is set per location, in the same place surcharging used to be. When it's on, your volunteers are prompted at payment to ask the donor to cover Pebl's platform fee; when it's off, no one is prompted.
Turn it on or off
Go to Locations and open a location.
Open its Settings tab.
Under Payment Settings, switch Supporter Cover on or off.
Click Save Changes.
It applies to that location only — repeat for any other locations. From 1 October 2026, Supporter Cover replaces the Enable Surcharging toggle, and is switched on for locations that previously had surcharging on.
Good to know
Your Pebl pricing is unchanged — the platform fee is the same. Supporter Cover simply gives donors the option to cover that fee.
Supporter Cover is available in Pebl Collect, and to not-for-profits using Pebl Pay.
