Surcharging lets you pass card processing fees on to the customer rather than absorbing them. In Pebl Pay you can toggle this on or off yourself.

💡 Pebl is currently assessing how this may change once the RBA's surcharge ban rules come into place October 1.

Go to Profile &gt; Settings &gt; Payments.

1. Go to Profile &gt; Settings &gt; Payments.
2. Toggle surcharging on or off.

When surcharging is on, the fee is added at checkout and shown to the customer. When it's off, you absorb the fee.
