When you start a new payment, you can sell products from your list or enter a custom amount. Most Collect events sell set products, so the app opens on the Products tab.
Sell products
Tap New payment — you'll land on the Products tab.
Tap products to add them to the cart; use the + to change quantity.
Tap Checkout to review the cart, then Create payment.
The products you see are the ones an admin has assigned to your event in the Dashboard. If something's missing, ask your organiser to add it.
Enter a custom amount
Tap New payment and open the Amount tab.
Enter the amount, then continue to Create payment.
Then choose how the customer wants to pay — Tap to Pay, QR code or cash.
