Products are the payment items your volunteers, staff, or event teams will actually use on the day. In Pebl Collect, products can include things like donations, raffle tickets, merchandise, registrations, food, drinks, and more.

Product types currently available
At the moment, Pebl supports two main product types:
Fixed price products
These are products with a set price, such as:
raffle tickets
merchandise
food or drink
registrations
entry fees
Donation products
These allow the donor or payer to choose the amount they want to contribute during the transaction.
To see where products are managed in the dashboard, jump to Product Navigation.

What products look like in the Pebl Collect app
Once products have been created and assigned, they will appear in the Pebl Collect mobile app for users linked to that location.
For example, a volunteer at Sally’s Community Fundraiser might open the app, tap New Payment, and see:
Charity Mug
Sally’s Fun Run Donation
They can then:
add products to the payment
choose a donation amount if needed
proceed to checkout
accept payment in person
add donor details
share a receipt

Using products with QR codes and payment links
Donation products can also be shared using QR codes and payment links.
This is useful if you want people to:
scan a QR code at an event
donate from printed signage or table menus
click a payment link from email, SMS, or social media
To access a product’s QR code or payment link:
Go to Locations.
Select the relevant location.
Open the Products tab.
Click into the product you want to share.
Scroll down to find the Payment Link and QR Code options.
From there, you can:
download the QR code as a PNG or SVG
add it to flyers, posters, menus, or signage
copy the payment link and share it digitally
When someone scans the QR code or opens the link, they’ll be taken to the payment page for that product.
