QR code payments work on almost any phone or tablet — handy when a customer prefers to pay on their own device, or when Tap to Pay isn't available.
Take the payment
Tap New payment.
Select the products (or enter a custom amount), tap Checkout, then Create payment.
On the Confirm payment screen, select QR code.
Show the QR code and ask the customer to scan it with their phone camera.
The customer completes payment on their own device.
The transaction updates to PAID once they finish. It's good practice to ask to see their payment confirmation before handing over goods.
