Accept Online Invoice Payments with Pebl

Let customers pay Xero invoices online via your own secure Pebl checkout.

Overview

Once you've connected Xero to Pebl, you can enable Pebl as a payment method on invoices sent from Xero. Customers click Pay with Pebl on their invoice and complete payment via Pebl's secure checkout.

🚨 Heads up!

To accept online invoice payments through Pebl, make sure Pebl is set up as a payment service in your Xero account.

Ensure Pebl (and no other payment provider) is enabled for your outgoing invoice branding theme.

Steps

Once Pebl is assigned to your preferred invoice branding theme:

  1. Create or send an invoice using that branding theme.

  2. The customer sees a Pay with Pebl button on their invoice and can pay via Pebl's secure checkout.

  3. The payment is recorded in Pebl and automatically marked paid and reconciled in Xero.
