Add Pebl as a Payment Service Provider in Xero (Online Invoices)

Adding Pebl as a payment service provider in Xero enables your customers to pay their invoices online using Pebl.

Step 1: Access Xero's payment services settings

  1. Log in to your Xero account.

  2. Go to the Business tab.

  3. Select Online Payments.

  4. In Manage Payment Services, make sure Pebl Pay is turned on (it only appears once you've connected your Xero account in Pebl).

Step 2: Manage connected services

  1. Under Manage Connected Services, ensure Pebl is enabled for your Standard invoice branding theme (or the theme you use for outgoing invoices).

Step 3: Save and test

  1. Save your settings.

  2. Send a test invoice to yourself or a team member.

  3. Confirm the Pebl payment option appears and works on the invoice.

Once set up, Pebl payments reconcile automatically against the matching Xero invoices, and you can offer Tap to Pay, QR, payment links and online payment — all visible in Pebl Pay and the dashboard.
