You can take payment on a Xero invoice straight from Pebl Pay. Invoices are created in Xero — Pebl Pay shows your pending Xero invoices so you can collect payment and have it reconciled automatically.
Find the invoice
In Pebl Pay, go to the Invoice tab.
Scroll or search to find the pending Xero invoice you want to collect, and tap it to add payment.
Take the payment
Choose how the customer wants to pay:
Tap to Pay — ask the customer to tap their card or device on your phone.
QR code — the customer scans and pays on their own phone.
Payment link — tap Share payment link and send it by SMS, email or however suits; the customer pays from anywhere.
However they pay, Pebl automatically reconciles the payment in Xero — marking the invoice Paid and updating your settlement and fee accounts. The customer receives a receipt and you're notified of the payment.
