Overview
Connecting Xero lets you collect payment on your Xero invoices from Pebl Pay and have them reconciled automatically. Xero connects to Pebl Pay (not Pebl Collect), and you can set it up in the app or in the Dashboard.
Connect Xero in the Pebl Pay app
Open Pebl Pay and go to Profile > Settings > Invoice Settings.
Toggle Xero on and follow the prompts to log in to Xero.
Select the Xero organisation you want to connect, and authorise it.
Connect Xero in the Dashboard
Go to Locations and open a location, then its Settings tab.
Under Xero Integration, click Connect to Xero and follow the prompts to log in and authorise.
Let your team reconcile without Xero access
You don't need to give team members a Xero login. Give a team member permission to take payments in Pebl Pay and they can collect payment on your Xero invoices and have them updated in Xero — all without any access to your Xero account.
Once connected, your pending and paid Xero invoices appear in Pebl Pay and the Dashboard — pull down to refresh. In the app or on desktop, open the Invoice tab. To collect payment, see Taking payment on a Xero invoice.
FAQs
I don't see the Xero option in Invoice Settings. Make sure you're on the latest version of Pebl Pay and that your account has the necessary permissions. If you're a team member without Admin permissions, your account Admin needs to connect Xero.
