Tap to Pay on iPhone does not work if you're talking on the phone or connected to another bluetooth device (e.g. playing music through speakers).

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Ensure NFC, Bluetooth & Location Services are Enabled:

    • Go to your iPhone's Settings > Apps > Pebl

    • Ensure NFC, Bluetooth & Location Services are enabled.

  2. Check for iOS Updates:

    • Ensure you are running iOS 18.4 or later.

    • Check in your iPhone's Settings > About.

    • Look for a software update.

  3. Confirm Device Compatibility:

    • Tap to Pay only works on iPhone XS or newer.

    • Check in your iPhone's Settings > About.

  4. Re-register Device if Needed:

    • In Pebl go to Settings > Company details > Business details > Set up Tap to Pay on iPhone.

    • Follow the prompts to refresh your Tap to Pay on iPhone connection.

  5. Restart Your Device:

    • Turn your iPhone on & off and retry.
