💡 Pro Tip

Make sure you wait for Pebl's pop-up clearly outlining whether the payment was successful or not.

Apple's Tap to Pay on iPhone screens show when the tap was successful, not when the actual payment processing has been successful. Only Pebl does this.

FAQs and Troubleshooting Tips:

Where should the customer tap their card/device?
Near the top of your iPhone where the NFC antenna is located. Cards need to be held there for a bit longer than phones or watches. Apple addresses this here.

Why do physical cards seems to be harder to tap than phones?

Physical cards might seem harder to tap for payments than iPhones because of their design and material, particularly the presence of metal in some cards, which can interfere with the contactless signal. iPhones, on the other hand, are specifically designed to facilitate NFC (Near Field Communication) for contactless payments, making the process smoother.

What happens if the tap doesn’t work?
Move the card or device slightly and try again. Ensure NFC is enabled.
