Ensure NFC, Bluetooth & Location Services are Enabled:
Go to your Android's Settings > Apps > Pebl
Ensure NFC, Bluetooth & Location Services are enabled.
Check for Android Updates:
Ensure you are running Android 15 or later.
Check in your Android's Settings > Updates.
Look for a software update.
Confirm Device Compatibility:
Tap to Pay only works on Androids with NFC capability.
Re-register Device if Needed:
In Pebl go to Settings > Company details > Business details > Set up Tap to Pay on Android.
Follow the prompts to refresh your Tap to Pay on Android connection.
Restart Your Device:
Turn your Android on & off and retry.
