Pebl Collect says "No locations available". What do I do?

You haven't been added to a location yet, or you logged in with a different mobile number. Contact your charity.

Find your role below.

For volunteers

  1. Ask your charity's coordinator to add you as a team member, using your mobile number.

  2. Check you're logging in with that same mobile number.

  3. Log out of Pebl Collect, then log back in. Your location should now appear and you can start taking payments.

For charity admins: add the volunteer

  1. Log in to the Dashboard at web.peblpay.com.au.

  2. Go to Team Members and add the volunteer with their mobile number. If they're already there, find them instead of inviting them again.

  3. Assign them to the location they'll be collecting at.

  4. Ask them to log out of Pebl Collect and log back in.
