Create a fixed-price product for anything with a set price — tickets, merchandise, food or drink. Products are managed in the Dashboard and appear in the app for selling.
Steps
Go to Products and click + Add Product.
Keep the Fixed Price tab selected.
Drop in a product image if you'd like (PNG or JPG, up to 5MB).
Enter a Product Title.
Enter the Price.
Optionally set a Quantity — leave it empty for unlimited.
To let staff set the price at the point of sale, tick Make this a service product.
Under Assigned Locations (required), choose the location(s) to sell it at — use Select All if it's everywhere.
Add any Tags (e.g. Food, Merchandise) to help organise your catalogue.
Click Create Product.
The product now appears in the app at its assigned locations. To share it on its own, see Get a product's payment link & QR code.
