Products are the items your team sells or accepts payment for — merchandise, tickets, registrations, food and drink, or donations. You create and manage them in the Dashboard, and they appear in the app for selling.
Before you start
Decide what you'll be selling or accepting payment for.
Gather any product images you'd like to upload (PNG or JPG, up to 5MB).
Make sure the locations you'll assign products to already exist.
Where products live
Open Products from the menu to see, add and edit your products. The list shows each product's type, status, assigned locations, tags and price. Click + Add Product to create one.
Every product is assigned to one or more locations — that's what makes it available to sell there, and gives it its own payment link and QR code on that location's Products page.
