Raffle ticket products: images, tags and selling via QR or Collect app.

When you add ticket bundles to a raffle, each one becomes a product in your catalogue. A few small touches make them easier to sell and manage.

Add an image to each ticket

Go to Products and find your raffle ticket products (for example "1x Raffle Ticket", "3x Raffle Ticket"). Open each one and add an image, so it looks right in the Pebl Collect app and on the raffle page when supporters buy.

Tag them "Raffle"

Give each raffle ticket product a Raffle tag. Tags let a volunteer find and filter them quickly in the Collect app while selling, and keep them grouped in your catalogue. Set tags on the product form, or from the product's row.

Sell tickets by QR

Each location linked to the raffle has its own raffle QR code and link, on the raffle's Overview tab. Put these on posters, table cards, menus and screens at that location — supporters scan and buy tickets on their own device.

Raffle tickets are also available through that location's Shop QR code (on Locations > the location's Products page).

In the Collect app, a volunteer can also add raffle tickets to a sale like any other product (find them fast with the Raffle tag), and the supporter can tap to pay or scan the QR to pay on their own phone.

Receipts

When a raffle ticket bundle is sold, the receipt is always sent by SMS. It outlines the raffle purchase along with any other items in the sale, as with any Pebl receipt.

At the bottom of the receipt are the raffle ticket number(s) purchased, along with the option to add them to a mobile wallet (like the paper raffle ticket everyone's used to).
