If your app is just called "Pebl", you're on the old app. Your transactions and payouts are now in the new apps and the Pebl Dashboard.
Your money is safe
Payments you took on the old app still settled as normal and were paid out to your bank account.
Download the right app
Businesses: Pebl Pay on the App Store or Google Play.
Charities and not-for-profits: Pebl Collect on the App Store or Google Play.
Log in with the same mobile number you used on the old app. Then delete the old Pebl app so you don't open it by mistake.
Where to find things now
Payouts: Pebl Pay app > Transactions > Payouts, or Dashboard > Reports > Payouts.
Transactions: the Transactions tab in your app, or Orders in the Dashboard.
Reports and exports: the Dashboard at web.peblpay.com.au. Log in with your mobile number. Reports are available to Organisation Admins.
