You can refund a payment — in full or in part — directly from the Pebl Pay app.
Refund a payment
Tap Transactions and open the payment you want to refund.
Choose to refund.
Select full refund, or enter an amount for a partial refund.
Confirm. The refund is processed back to the customer's original payment method.
You can share an updated receipt proving the refund by hitting Share receipt.
The transaction will show as refunded (or partially refunded) in your Transactions and in the Dashboard.
