Overview
Pebl allows you to refund customers quickly and securely from any completed transaction. You can issue a full refund or enter a custom amount for partial refunds. Refunds are sent back to the original payment method.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Pebl app and go to the Activity screen.
This shows your list of recent transactions.Find and tap the payment you want to refund.
You can also select "See all" to search by name,product or payment amount if needed.In the Transaction Info page, select "Refund transactioN" at the bottom of the page.
Enter either:
Full Refund — enter the full sales amount to refund the transaction in full.
Partial Refund — manually enter a custom amount to refund.
Tap “Submit Refund” & confirm.
The customer will automatically receive a refund confirmation email.

Can I refund a PayID payment using Pebl?
No — due to PayID security measures, Pebl can't see your customer's bank details when they send a payments, so we're unable to facilitate the refund. Your customer will need to organise this refund directly with you.
How long does a refund take to reach the customer?
Refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on the customer’s bank - but can often appear much faster.
Can I cancel a refund after submitting it?
No — once submitted, refunds cannot be reversed. You would need to create a new charge if payment was required again.
