Learn how to update the bank account where Pebl deposits your payouts.

Overview:


To protect against fraud, Pebl does not allow automatic changes to your settlement account through the app. This helps safeguard your funds.

How to Update:
To request a change to your settlement account:

  1. Contact Pebl Support at [email protected] from the email you used to sign-up to Pebl.

    1. Alternatively, log-in to your account and contact us via Pebl's in-app chat.

  2. You may need to provide:

    • Verified ID (biometric re-authentication may apply)

    • Your business name and ABN

    • New account details and a recent bank statement

  3. Pebl will verify and confirm the change within 1โ€“2 business days.

This restriction helps prevent fraud and unauthorised access to your funds.

Can I add multiple accounts?
No. Each business can only have one active settlement account at a time - although if you have multiple locations/events or branches - each of these can have their own bank account.
