Manually Adding and Editing Customer Profiles

Overview:


Pebl allows you to add or edit customer details at any time for personalised service and future reference.

Step-by-Step Instructions:


​To Add a Customer:

  1. Open the Customers tab.

  2. Tap the '+' button to Add Customer.

  3. Enter name, email, phone number, and any optional notes.

  4. Tap Save.

To Edit a Customer:

  1. Find the customer in your list.

  2. Tap their name to open the profile.

  3. Tap Edit and update the details.

  4. Tap Save Changes.

FAQs and Troubleshooting Tips:


​Can I delete a customer?
Yes. Open the profile, tap Edit, then Delete Customer.

What happens if I enter duplicate info?
Pebl will warn you if a phone number or email already exists in another profile.
