Overview:
Pebl automatically captures customer details during QR and Payment Link checkouts. For Tap to Pay, details must be entered manually after payment.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Automatically (QR/Payment Link):
Customer enters name/email/phone during checkout.
Details are securely saved in your customer list & attached to that transaction (and any others that same customer might make).
Manually (Tap to Pay):
After a successful payment, scroll to the bottom of the success screen & tap Add Customer.
Enter details and save to link the transaction.

Can I collect details before a Tap to Pay transaction?
No. Details must be entered manually after the payment succeeds.
Why don’t I see customer details on some transactions?
The customer may have chosen not to enter their details, or it was a Tap to Pay transaction without manual input.
